By installing or using Shoonay AI School, you agree to these Terms. Please read them before downloading or subscribing.
1. About the App
Shoonay AI School is a digital reading and learning app published by Shoonay Publications. It offers:
- Full-length books on AI, future technology, and philosophy
- Free mini-courses with bilingual content (English and हिंदी)
- Quizzes with explanations and earned certificate tiers
- Free sample chapters of selected books
- An ad-free, distraction-free reading experience
2. Account & Sign-In
Signing in with Google is optional. You can browse free content and start a trial without signing in. Signing in lets us keep your reading progress consistent across devices.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure
- You may delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy, section 7)
- One person should use one account; sharing accounts may interfere with subscription entitlements
3. Subscription & Pricing
Full access to the book library requires a subscription:
- Yearly subscription: ₹118 / year (India). Prices in other regions are shown in the Google Play subscription screen.
- Free trial: a 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers. After the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews at the listed price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each year through Google Play. You can manage or cancel renewal anytime from Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Refunds: refunds are handled per Google Play's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
- Free content: mini-courses, quizzes, and sample chapters are free and do not require a subscription.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All books, courses, quizzes, and other content in the app are © Shoonay Publications and the respective authors, unless otherwise noted.
- Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial reading only
- Redistribution, resale, or republishing of any content is prohibited
- Screenshots of paid content for personal note-taking are fine; public sharing of full content is not
- The Shoonay name, logo, and brand assets are trademarks of Shoonay Publications
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal activity
- Attempt to bypass subscription gates, reverse-engineer the app, or extract paid content programmatically
- Impersonate another person or create accounts under false identities
- Use the app to harm, harass, or defraud others
6. Certificates
Certificates earned within the app (Bronze, Silver, etc.) are issued for personal motivation and learning record-keeping. They are not academic or professional credentials and have no formal accreditation.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoonay Publications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced in app update notes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
